A stay on the Drauradweg

Situated a little more remotely, on the Drauradweg (River Drau Cycle Trail), is the new holiday apartment belonging to the Gasthaus Marinelli, which has been running as a family business for four generations.

In summer, cyclists, walkers, horse riders and motorcyclists stop at the Gasthaus Marinelli for rest and refreshment on the terrace and the shady outdoor dining area. Thomas Glanzer, head chef at the Marinelli, always strives to use products from the surrounding region or grow his own ingredients; he’s always pleased when cyclists drop in and order the “PEDAL” drink, designed especially with the Drauradweg in mind. It certainly gives cyclists a boost as they continue on towards Slovenia on the River Drava Cycle Trail.

The new Marinelli holiday apartment is situated just a few metres from the Gasthaus, and enjoys a lovely view of the Lienz Dolomites. It can be accessed through a short stretch of forest, and makes a wonderful base for all sorts of excursions and sporting activities. This holiday apartment is perfect for single travellers, couples or small families.

The new holiday apartment is equipped with a double room with a TV, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a living room with a small kitchen, dining nook and pull-out couch. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy views right over the Lienz Dolomites.
