Our hostel: Surrounded by nature and yet centrally located, next to the stadium and sports centre, the youth hostel is the ideal base from which to discover Linz – also for wheelchair users. All rooms are equipped with shower and WC and two of them are suitable for wheelchairs. You can choose between single, double and multiple bed occupancy. There is a spacious car park (also for buses) and a bike shelter for our guests to use. There is also a bus stop nearby, from which you can get to the station in 5 minutes and into the city centre in 10 minutes.

Our facilities: Family rooms, common rooms, wheelchair accessible rooms, wheelchair accessible WC on the ground floor, car and bus parking, bike shelter, WiFi, sports ground, terrace, seminar rooms with conference equipment, table football, table tennis.

To eat and drink: An extensive breakfast buffet is included in the price. Half and full board as well as vegetarian dishes and packed lunches are available upon request.

Linz an der Donau: Linz is an ideal stopover on the popular Danube Cycle Path from Passau to Vienna.

Things to do locally: Culture: Ars Electronica Center (Museum of the Future), Lentos Art Museum, Schlossmuseum (castle museum), Musiktheater, Pöstlingbergbahn narrow-gauge electric railway, grotto railway and fairytale world, zoo, pilgrimage church, panoramic view, Old Town with Linz Castle, churches and historic town houses, botanical garden (near the youth hostel), voestalpine Stahlwelt (steel world)
Excursions: boat trips on the Danube, abbeys (Wilhering, St. Florian, Kremsmünster)

Memorials for the victims of fascism: Hartheim, Gusen, Mauthausen
